Need bathroom painted and house touch up

I have a rental property in the Kings Grant area where I need a small bathroom painted. I also need the rest of the house touched up where there are marks on the wall. The house is about a 1,200 sq ft house so it is not big at all. This is a rental property and I've got to get it turned quickly. Need someone that can come paint Sunday April 25th at 12pm sharp. Must have painting experience and be able to show up at 12pm sharp as I have limited time. I have attached pictures of the bathroom. I will be at rental property working as well. Please let me know your price.
