Must have real recent experience Floor care: Sweep; regular broom and; mop broom Mop Wax Buff Strip and shine Putty knife skills Machines: Floor scrubber, & buffer We clean multiple locations in San Juan Capistrano, CA and it’s surrounding areas. Positions available: Lead Technician & Jr Tech Lead Technician: Must have truck, van, or suv. Driver responsibilities: * Drive crew, chemicals, tools to job site * Communicate with management via in store phone and; smart phone * Manage helpers on job site * Carry clipboard with a pen and check off a checklist Jr Tech: Experience preferred but will train the right people. No truck needed but transportation to pick up location may be helpful. You will be picked up at pick up location by driver at a scheduled time or you can meet crew at store location Job responsibilities: * Assistant driver in loading/unloading of equipment, tools, and chemicals * Call store location to inform them crew is on their way * Sweep * Mop * Dust * Clean and Disinfect * Windex windows and mirrors * Refill toiletries * Clean restrooms * Clean break rooms * Clean offices * Scrub, buff, refinish, strip and wax floors Both positions minimum age 18 years CADL for drivers ID only for helpers * Must pass background check * Absolutely no drugs or alcohol while on the job Cameras in use at ALL Locations Payment: Jr. Tech starting at $20/hr 3 positions available in San Juan Capistrano, CA Areas Shift: 8PM-4:30AM 5 Days per week with 2 days per week off.
