This is an entry level 1099 position currently. Ideally I’d like to hire and train the right candidate to be a full time regular employee but currently only need a helper for 4-6 months. Job duties: Demo, frame, run electrical, plumb, drywall, trim, paint, lay flooring, set cabinets, landscaping...etc Pay: Starts at 10$/hr with.75 cent raises every 3 months till you hit 25$/hr after that it’s.50 cent - plus bonuses at end of project About: I travel the country working on houses, so if you would like to continue working after 4-6 months, you would have to be willing to move. Next project is in Colorado Must have a clean record Must have basic hand tools Must have your own transportation Must know how to work a full day Must not smoke during work hours Must be reliable - no call no shows/constantly calling in sick Experience is a plus but not required - really just need a hard worker - willing to learn - and doesn’t steal
