Junk360 is looking for YOUR help to haul junk! Junk360 is a veteran founded and locally operated Twin Cities based company that specializes in residential and commercial junk removal. Junk360 will pick up, remove, haul away, and recycle almost anything we can fit in our trucks. Just point to the items you need removed and watch us carry it out, load it in our trucks to haul away, and sweep up for you so that everything is as fresh and clean as a new space. We can help with just one item or a space full of unwanted junk. Junk360 also specializes in estate and home cleanouts. We are seeking a safe, efficient and friendly candidate who is reliable. Currently, we have openings for a part-time and full-time flexible. Wages begin at $14/Hour depending on experience, +tips and treasure (one person's junk is another person's treasure). Potential to make $20+ hour with tips. Looking to hire for part-time. Average 20-40 hours/week depending on season/ time of year. Potential for growth into a management role. Qualifications • You must be physically fit and able to lift substantial weight. Added bonus if you have experience driving a small truck and/or moving. CDL not Required. • Be Motivated: Comfortable in a fast paced work environment • Be Flexible: Work a varying schedule depending on demand • Be Friendly: Have strong customer service skills and speak fluent English • Have a smart phone Must enjoy hard work, and working in the elements. Providing world-class customer service and helping others. Must be able to team lift up to 70-80 pounds occasionally throughout the day. Must be drug and alcohol free and able to pass a federal background check. Drivers License required. Older than 21 years old. Must be eligible to work in the United States. Job Duties • CUSTOMER SERVICE: Must be able to go the extra mile to ensure 100% customer satisfaction. • TRUCK OPERATIONS: You must be a safe driver, no special license is required, and you will by trained by Junk360. • JUNK REMOVAL: Must be able to do simple problem solving to help customers remove junk. Junk Removal estimates and jobs can include anything from shed & hot tub removals to estate, office &/or hoarder cleanouts all the way to picking up a wide variety of furniture & household items. • RECYCLING: Paying attention to opportunities to recycle and keep Minnesota green.
