Looking for temporary labor help for outdoor work in the San Marcos area. The work mostly involves clearing/hauling brush, using a brush chipper, stacking brush; but it also includes planting, watering, loading trailers, mowing yards, pressure washing, weedeating, installing erosion and sediment controls, etc. This position could lead to permanent, full-time work if the fit is right. These positions require working in the heat, the cold, rough terrain, and sometimes/otherwise conditions that can be challenging. Required: - work from 7am-5pm Monday - Friday; sometimes weekend work is available - reliable transportation - heavy lifting - reliable work - good work ethic - work good with a team - pass a drug screening when needed - steel toed boots Only looking to hire motivated, hard working individuals that can work well with a team. Pay $16/hour. Overtime is paid at 1.5 times wage for hours over 40 worked in a a week. Higher pay for proficient equipment operators (skidsteer, tractor, trencher, etc) and Class A CDL holders.
