Broken femur, neglected, and in need of a foster home or adopter. This sweet girl came from an unsafe home and was owner surrendered in writing. A reputable rescue group will sponsor her IF she can find a foster home while healing and finding her forever home. For adopters, the rescue nonprofit will set the adoption fee. She does not like cats. Best as only dog until socialized. Please help if you can ❤️
