Seeking a handyman to assist in the management of rental properties in Albany. Can accommodate anywheres from 10-40 hours a week, can be flexible. Looking for someone who is reliable, skilled in the handyman field, has own transportation and has experience dealing with tenants.
Jobs would include but not limited to:
-Addresses maintenance requests
-Painting units and drywall
-Occasionally small plumbing/electric/hvac (we have contractors for large projects)
-Showing units to perspective tenants
-General maintenance/cleaning
-Lawn/snow removal as needed
-Renovation projects
-Turning units upon tenant move outs
Bill rate: $35/hour
