CATS FOUND PLS EMAIL IMMEDIATLY IF THSE ARE YOUR CATS!!

Hello i have found two cats one of them got used to us but the other one ran away but it came back. The first cat is color black and it has green or yellow and green looking eyes. The second cat is black and white it also has green eyes. The black cat was good and looked ok but a few weeks later it looked skinny I'm assuming somebody has gotten the cat and starved it the cat was so hungry and thirsty we gave it food and the cat is doing better and is good as new. The black and white cat was super hungry so we gave it food it looked shy and scared so it ran away with the food. Pls email if these sound familiar or if these are your cats. I only have pictures of the black cat but not the black and white one. I'm assuming the black cat is a domestic shorthair mix or domestic short hair I'm not VERY sure.
