Midtown location and various sites in Cleveland, OH 1st shift 7:30am to 2:30pm, Monday thru Friday 2nd shift Monday thru Friday 4:00pm to 9:00pm $14.00 to $15.00 an hour Job Purpose: Perform routine maintenance duties and make repairs at various facilities, and buildings Duties and Responsibilities: Complete repairs at various sites electrical, carpentry, plumbing, masonry, glazier, and painting Perform weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly building preventative maintenance duties Repair and treat structures such as showers, floors, sinks, walls, and carpets Adjustment of locks on cabinets Repair door hinges, clean plugged key slots, change filters on ventilating, heating, and air conditioning units Servicing kitchen appliances and equipment, reporting mechanical malfunctions to supervisor Moving and assisting in transportation of furniture and equipment Setting up and breaking down cubicle partitions identify projects that need to be reported to supervisor Activating and deactivating alarms responding to alarm calls during regular work hours and after work hours Perform other duties as needed Skills: • Must have reliable transportation • Ability to operate a forklift is helpful • Two years’ experience in maintenance, repair and using various power and hand tools • Good communication skills written and verbally Basic Skills: • Able to pass drug test and background search • Strive for good attendance • Follow OSHA’s regulations • Practice Covid-19 guidelines
