work trade for shared space in ceramics studio

I have a 400sf well equiped ceramics studio in my home where I live with my daughter and granddaughter, 3 big dogs and 2 cats. I am currently working and firing with 06 clay and glazes. We have a nice patio area with patio furniture and a lovely yard. You must be ok with dogs. I am a disabled veteran and can only work clay if I also dont have to do all the physical care of the studio space. I ask the equivalent of $250 a month work for use of the studio and equipment, space for your stuff, and space in the kiln when I fire. This is a pretty standard price for a shared space like this, though kiln space is not always included. I can offer what knowlege I have if you’re new. Tuesday to Sunday 9am - 10pm I share use of tools, eqipment and space, we share all clay and paints, you buy as much as you use or contribute when I buy. 10 hours a month work, not counting the time you clean up after yourself and your work. In addition each once in a while there is a task to do like repairing the kiln or the like. The weekly tasks take 2 hours.
