Looking to Rent Small Art Studio

I am in search of a small room or outbuilding/shed that I could rent to use as an art studio. I do oil painting, watercolor and woodblock printing. I live in Live Oak and would ideally find a spot nearby so I can ride my bike. I also have a dog who goes with me everywhere. Thanks!
