We are currently seeking experienced individuals to fill Maintenance Technician positions for the property management industry located in Baltimore and surrounding areas. D&W Properties hires full-time and part-time professionals with 5 years or more of experience with exceptional customer service experience. Job Description As a full service Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for completing all unit turnovers and service requests. This position reports to the Operations Manager and requires attention to detail and the ability to follow directions. General Job Duties • Maintenance and repair including unit turnover. • Change locks, key cutting, lock drill outs. • Carpentry, flooring, cabinet installation, tile repair. • Appliance repair is a huge plus! • Exterior/ Interior painting and caulking, light drywall repair. • Pressure washing, gutter cleaning, etc. Job Requirements • Five years or more of apartment maintenance or Home improvement/ Handyman experience is required • MUST have dependable transportation to and from work • Clean driving record and driver's license is required for any position. • Have a strong work ethic with reliability and dependability • Team player and exceptional multi tasking skills • Maintain a friendly and customer service oriented approach to co-workers and customers Benefits: *GREAT team culture *Competitive salary *WEEKLY pay *Company vehicle during work hours *Bonuses *Plenty of room for advancement *Company apparel provided at no cost *PTO (paid time off) *Paid vacations. *Paid holidays *Full benefits available Email resume for immediate interview.
