Please read entire ad..... Part time " long-term" kennel help needed. 2 positions could be one if someone was motivated and wanted all the hours. First position is mornings 3 days a week. Mon, wed, and fri. 3 to 4 hours a day approx 9 to 1 (also everyday when I'm out of town which means 5 to 12 days in a row). Second posion is evenings approx 6pm to 8pm tues, thurs and sat changing with the daylight (and also every evening when I'm out of town which is an average of 5 to 12 days in a row). Hours can be somewhat flexible but must be able to work the 5 to 12 days in a row when I'm gone. Must be able to work on your hands and knees, bend, lift, and carry at least 50 lb. Must have reliable transportation there isn't much room for calling in sick or being late as you may be the only one to care for the dogs on any given day. Being able to work on your own diligently but with precision and at a fast pace and initiative is a must. Experience in kennel work not necessary but basic work knowledge a must. This job has many different duties from laundry, mopping, doing dishes, taking care of newborn babies in the nursery, being on call, and many more not just feeding watering and cleaning up after the dogs. You are basically an extension of me. We work at a fast paced and expect all the duties done as assigned each day. There is no need to worry about not getting enough hours.
