Skilled maintenance technician needed for retail & office properties in Lewisville area. Must have minimum two years experience including basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry & sheetrock + TBT. Advanced knowledge a plus. Responsibilities also include trash pickup & cleaning. Truck, tools & equipment provided. No weekends or evenings. 40 hours per week. Occasion overtime available.
