I was walking a few weeks ago and walked down the spiral walkway where the 35th street Bridge is. As I was walking down I saw a homeless addict come out from under the ramp and approach me. First he asked for a cigarette and I politely told him I don't have any, he then asked me for money and I just looked at him and smiled and said Nah, I support me and my son. He then follows me up the ramp and tries to approach me fast like he wants to do something. I turned around and let him know, I will put your head through the concrete if you want to be stupid. He backed off, but to others, be careful!
