We own several single-family residential properties in northern Colorado and are seeking a local, established, reputable roofing company for an ongoing business relationship, which can start with a >30 square job covered by insurance that we hope you can reroof this spring. If your roofing company has detailed terms and conditions on your contract, those Ts & Cs must not be one-sided and need to protect us as much as you. If you require, we can pay for materials after they are loaded on the roof. We are happy to pay you the total price less 10% at completion of work and materials suppliers' lien waivers have been received, and the final 10% when the roof passes final permit inspection.
