My Uncle passed away very unexpectedly about 8 months ago and this was his cat. No body was willing to take him so they were gonna take him to humane society, I just couldnt let the poor thing end up there and possibly be put down... So I ended up bringing him home with me. The only problem with that is the fact that I am very much alllergic to cats.... I thought maybe keeping him for a while might possibly make my allergies a little less severe but no such luck. So I have to a bunch of allergy medication just be in my house with him here. Which in and of it self i wouldnt mind really, but the allergy medication has started to cause problems with the other medications I take for my blood pressure and heart. Which has a very good possibility of actually ending up fatal, id like to avoid that if possible. His name is Sherbert, he's about 6 years old. He is a pretty good size cat. He has also only ever been an indoor cat so its probably best he stays that way. He is fully litterbox trained and I havent had a single incident of him doing his business anywhere else. He has never sprayed anything either so I guessing hes fixed. I have his rabies tags and stuff from when he got all his shots. He is a very sweet pretty laid back dude. He loves hanging out and getting petted or chilling in front of a window looking out side. He is very affectionate and has been aggresive towards me at all. he has all his claws but other than pulling on the carpet a little sometimes he hasnt damaged anything. I have a scrathing post he likes to use. He is also very talkative, sometimes so much its like hes trying to have a conversation with you lol. He would be a great companion for and older person for sure. I do not know how he would do around young children, dogs, or other cats as I do not have any of those! but hes fine with my 13 year old son. I just want him to go to a loving home and know that he is going to be wwell cared for cause he is just an awesome cat that deserves it. And I am not cat person at all, so thats saying something. He will come with a pet carrier, multiple food and water bowls/feeders, brushes, harness, bed, scratching post, litter box with liners, mat for in front of the litterbox, and whatever food/litter/treats I have for him. The photo I have attached is NOT Sherbert, my phone is being a pain and wont up load. But he looks pretty much identical to this except he is not cross eyed even a little bit, He has the most intense light ice blue eyes!
