Don't work for Findlay. Worst work culture, Horrible working conditions. 95% of all employees that work there are incompetent. Low pay and never a raise. Very unorganized company. As you can see on job boards they are always looking for employees because they cant treat employees good. High turn over rate company. Don't waste your time.
