Seeking witness to incident on I-90 Stateline Fri afternoon dump truck

Thank you for taking the time to read... On I-90 near Stateline Friday afternoon a large item flew out of the back of a dump truck and hit a dark grey Sienna behind the truck. Just before this happened there was a red vehicle where the drive was video taping the truck seeing the item about to fly out.
