We are a local fence and deck supplier and installer looking for a hands on manager to help organize and grow our shop and warehouse. We have ambitious goals to grow and provide opportunity to all of our employees. This position is a vital part of our operation and we are looking for someone that is hungry, and willing to work hard. The people that you are managing are hardworking and fun people that you will not be frustrated with. We make sure that you have the right people to help with your jobs. The shop and warehouse that you will be managing is responsible for the following tasks at our company: -Staging all lumber packages for outgoing jobs -Organizing the yard and shop for most efficient use -Fabricating all custom wood or metal pieces for jobs. (gates, brackets, etc) -Delivery of products to all jobs that need delivery. We want the right person, that doesn't need their hand held. We do not micro manage, and we lean on our employees to make the right decisions and choices.
