Alamo Paving Company is a second-generation, family-owned business, serving the greater Portland Metro area for over 35 years. We are currently accepting applications for experienced, hard-working individuals to join our paving crew! We are looking for experienced laborers and/or hard working motivated individuals who want to grow with the team. General laborers who can lay asphalt with accuracy and produce high-quality work are encouraged to apply. We are also looking for an equipment operator or someone with experience on the roller. We offer competitive pay, and great health benefits are available to you and your family after 90 days. Compensation depends on experience, with raises based on performance. We are always looking for people to add to the ever growing team. Preferred applicants should have experience working as part of a team, with an understanding of various aspects of the paving industry including preparatory work, grades, drainage and compaction.
