Position Summary The individual in this full-time salary position is responsible for managing the warehouse and warehouse staff. Essential Functions Scheduling shifts for Warehouse Staff Developing and implementing Training Procedures Daily prioritizing of tasks for staff ("laying out the day for staff") Performing "rolling" Inventory Recounts and Quarterly Recounts Designing and Optimizing Warehouse Storage Management and processing of Inbound Shipments Management and processing of "Return to Stock" items (from customer returns) Signing off on B2B Freight Shipments Conducting regular Performance Reviews Required Skills and Abilities 2+ years experience managing a warehouse 2+ years experience managing a team
