Duties include completion of water removal, drying and mold remediation. --Maintain and clean warehouse, vehicles and all equipment. --Emergency services - extraction, removal of padding, carpet and base, drill weep holes, set equipment, structural wipe downs. --Demolition and disposal of baseboards, drywall, flooring, cabinets, insulation and other structures. --Ability to moisture map, sketch, photograph and dry check jobs from beginning to end. --Responsible for required paperwork for insurance companies. --Ability to run multiple jobs at one time. Minimum Qualifications: At least 3 years experience in the field of water damage restoration, fire damage cleanup and mold remediation. 1-3 certifications of IICRC (WTR/ASD, AMRT, carpet cleaning etc). Lead removal and education a plus. Available for overnight and weekend on call services as scheduled Wear full and half face masks Clean driving record and pass background check and drug screening
