CONCRETE FINISHER/ FORM SETTER/ FOREMAN (Should pass the Background check with proper documentation ) · Experienced Concrete Finisher & Form Setters -Minimum of 2 years in Concrete · Experienced Heavy Equipment Operators -Minimum of 2 years operating · Experienced Concrete Foremen -Minimum 5 years in Concrete, 2 years as a Foreman *Manage crews of concrete workers *Coordinate with Superintendents, Operations, Estimators & Dispatch *Read blue prints & execute plans efficiently Basic Responsibilities & Qualifications Include: · Specialized masonry work with poured concrete (finishers) and finished concrete (masons) · Concrete forming · Rebar Installation · Extensive experience as a finisher/form setter and/or cement mason · Knowledge of commercial concrete construction and pavement maintenance · Tenacity, energy, and strong work ethic · Good communication skills and ability to work with a team · Able to provide your own tools
