Job Responsibilities Painting – responsible for painting unfurnished and furnished suites during turnover process Maintenance coverage after hours - schedule/execute on call rotation to handle service requests outside of normal business hours Property emergencies – responsible for emergencies that may arise outside of normal business hours. e. flood, fire, power loss, etc. Snow removal – responsible to make sure property is always clear and accessible during snow falls Job Requirements: Minimum of one to two years of painting experience Demonstrated strong guest service skills Demonstrated energetic, self-motivating and "can do" positive attitude Must approach the property and business on a daily basis with the highest level of professionalism at all times Ability to work a flexible schedule Monday through Saturday Experience with spraying and popcorn ceilings a plus
