Needing APT or house

I'm a 58 yr old semi retired from 30 yrs of painting and remodelleing homes I do it all carpentry, plumbing,drywall,flooring,electrical. I even can refinish tubs, stonewash fireplaces. If your looking to flip houses I'm your guy I take pride in my work and can do quality work at cheaper cost. I'm on SSI so I'm pretty reasonable on price I do it now because I enjoy it and I'm good. I've references last guy I worked for him 20 yrs. The apt or house must be fairly liveable I can pay rent and exchange for work or half and half.
