The Levy Group of Companies is seeking a Laborer Trainee to work at our Menzer location. The Laborer Trainee assists in repairing and maintaining mining equipment which includes crushers, inclined screens, conveyors, and vibrating feeders. The Trainee will also assist in welding and fabricating projects. We are a unique, 100-year-old family-owned company that transforms our recycled products into construction materials, lightweight aggregates, asphalt, cement, concrete, agricultural products, and more. We provide steel mill services, flame cutting and treatment, road building, logistics, laboratory testing, and a variety of other solutions for our customers. Responsibilities The Laborer Trainee will: Learn to repair and maintain equipment Assist in welding and fabricating projects Perform daily inspections on equipment and work area Clean and maintain walkways, steps, and ladders Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor Skills The ideal candidate will have: Basic Mechanical aptitude Ability to lift up to 80 lbs.
