Job Description Introduction: We're looking for an custodian for an high-end spa that will facilitate the day-to-day operations of spas centers. They conduct regular cleaning and maintenance in a fast-paced spa environment. It’s essential for them to practice good customer service all throughout, with the end goal of creating a positive, rewarding spa experience that satisfies customers. Duty and Responsibilities: (1) Maintain Spa Cleanliness To ensure a pleasant experience for customers, spa attendants frequently inspect and clean facility areas, especially the lobby and spa areas. In addition, they help technicians prepare for services and replenish supplies in between every services. (2) Manage Inventory It’s important for spas to have a well-managed inventory, with a steady supply of towels, pedicure products, manicure products and other materials used by clients. Spa attendants monitor the inventory carefully to ensure stock is always replenished. (3) Assist Customers Custodians are may interact with customers, and they should provide friendly, professional assistance. This entails providing information about the spa, addressing inquiries, and directing customers toward amenities.
