looking for investors/buyers for new truck flip

hi im robert have been flipping cars and trucks for 6 years on and off never full time till i just moved to va from Florida two weeks ago.. i currently have a build i just started on less then a weekago and am looking for a investors to help pay for parts to flip truck by goinging airbag lowto the ground custom.. truck already has great bones as in like new motor put in bu chevy 5.7 l 350 has 40000 miles on it and a brandnew 4l60e transmission in it. would be a great truck to paint lower on bags and sell for good profit.. i would be handling all of labor painting my self on truck so would just need money for build and will write up contract and as soon as truck sells investor gets his money back right away and whats left of profit would go 70 30 70 to me for doing all the work and 30 to investor.. and i would be giving title to truck to investor to hold as collateral untill truck is done and we have a buyer for it.. or looking for buyer of truck to build for buyer to there wants and needs complete custom or old school stock look up to buyer and how much is wanting to spend on it to how crazy or un crazy we can get so if intrested please give me a call at or text any time thank you very much have a great day
