PAY AND PERKS - Industry Leading Pay and Benefits · Pay starts at $18.00 for lead movers & 16 for Associates. While you are training to be a lead you are paid. Training lasts anywhere from 2 weeks to 6 months or more depending on the level of experience and overall aptitude. · Tips are yours to keep and boost your take home pay · Workers Compensation · Health drinks and snacks are provided · Paid vacation time upon qualification · Supplemental benefits provided · Growth opportunities with an early stage company ·· THE REQUIREMENTS - What You Need to Succeed · In order to be insured as a driver, you must be 24 years of age or older · Must have verified driving experience · Must be in good physical condition. · Must be able to work at least 5 days a week. Limited part-time shifts available as well · Must have own reliable means of transportation to and from work · Must be willing and able to drive our 16' Box Truck & large 26' box trucks. If no experience, we will train you. · Must be willing to take on the responsibility of managing crews, supervising jobs, and taking on the role of a lead mover once training is completed. · Must be willing to do manual labor. · Must be willing to help our young company grow by giving us your best. · Must be clean cut and well mannered POSITIONS OPEN IMMEDIATELY!
