Water Damage Technician We are a successful and growing water damage restoration company in South Orange County looking for dedicated, full time experienced technicians** ALSO looking for career-minded individuals that want to start from the ground up. No experience needed in this case. We are seeking individuals who are: 1. Committed, detail oriented, team player, with the ability to work hard. 2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 3. Great customer service skills. 4. Reliable, dependable, and honest. Responsibilities: Perform water extraction, demolitions, structural drying, etc. Remove drywall, carpets, insulation and general demolition after loss. Prepare property to pass mold remediation clearance test. Completion of detailed job reports and documentation with photographs. Keep vehicles and equipment maintained and organized. A positive attitude and professional work ethics required. Most importantly, customer satisfaction. Requirements: • Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation to work (will be driving company van) • Available for rotating on call and after-hours shifts • Able to lift 50 pounds on a regular basis, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance • Must be available to work long days if needed and after-hours emergency calls • Ability to manage multiple losses with accuracy • Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights and in tight spaces (e.g., crawlspaces & attics) • Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time • Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects Ability to provide detailed scope of work and measurements of affected areas.
