I'm a project Manager for a group that is remodeling vintage mobile homes in Palm Springs. We have too many projects going at the same time with only 2 GCs. 13 units on our list. Looking for experienced handyman and contractors to finish some of the remodels. No major electrical, plumbing, roofing, framing. Mostly handyman work. Pay is $250 per day. Cash paid daily. This is for experienced only. We will not pay for work not done correctly or not pay if work is not done that day. If you're skilled and can knock out a full days work and want cash that same day then this is the gig for you. Our GCs will inspect all the work daily. You do good work you get paid an maybe get another unit assigned. Send info about your experience and skill set. What city you're located. Must have your basic tool and transportation. Work available 6 days a week.
