Five Brothers Construction & Consulting is in search of a Construction Sales Representative. Your day will begin in our Sandy office and also end there. You will start your day with an hour or two of phone consultations with potential clients and office staff. The rest of your day is out in the field meeting with potential and current clients as well as our subcontractors. Requirements: Valid Driver's License Well spoken, able to communicate and delegate to others Punctual Respectful Able to work 40 hrs a week possibly 45 hrs. (Monday - Friday from 9 am to 6pm) Flexibility (possible Saturdays) Basic knowledge of construction Eager to learn or has past construction experience Computer proficient, with experience in Sales CRM a plus Detailed with Notes Responsibilities: Over the phone consultations with potential clients Onsite visits with new clients to discuss their interests, take pictures and provide detailed notes to the office staff to provide estimates / contractor agreements. Meet construction budget by monitoring projects Updates job progress in main database Job site visits to insure job progression and client satisfaction Communication with subcontractors regarding work progress, hours, and completion of work. Ability to keep track of multiple projects Track mileage What We Offer: We offer a company vehicle, gas card, and company uniform. Salary plus Bonus (Salary is $36,000 per year)
