Description
We have handman job after hours in your free time and need professional help and need general help from strong built young person @ 150 per eight hours of work.
(1) to attend the call for urgent/non urgent maintenance calls for our duplex/triplex properties in Iselin/Edison. You should own your transportation and tools to attend calls for repairs/replacement. Fixed Rate $60 + per call paid.
(2) to repair and paint rooms/doors/trims and do vinyl or ceramic flooring. Price as per estimate agreed.
(3) to build green house from the kit bought. assemble as per instructions and anchor to concrete patio
(4) to dig the small/big holes to plant fruit trees/vegetable garden. to build raised garden for Vegetables.
(5) To install vinyl plank flooring over ceramic floors in kitchen and bathrooms
(6) to cut open wall and install additional windows in bedrooms for more light and sun.
(7) Need cleaning person. Paid 16 per hour. Twice a month to clean the house.
Only experienced person need to contact with photo Ids and current address proof. This is part time jobs- after hours job paid immediately.
