Rehoming Lab German Shepherd Mix

I have a female white German Shepherd & Lab mix, she's a very sweet dog and she's good with other dogs and children, I can't speak to cats as I don't have any but she's never given any problems with the neighborhood cats so my guess is she'd do fine. She knows sit, lay, shake, does well on a leash, is potty trained and crate trained. The reason I'm getting rid of her is she wont stay in the yard, she doesn't leave the immediate area but we live in town and I'm afraid she's going to get hit. I would like to see her in a home with acreage and other dogs, because she loves to play and be outside. I'm charging a re-homing fee of $150, she comes with her vet papers for spay and rabies in addition to her kennel. New owner would have to get her other shots though we just did the spay and rabies so they're current.
