Drummer (51 yrs old) in Framingham looking to start a band. I have been playing for several years and have a good understanding of music theory and composition. Some covers are fine but would really like to work on creating music with a group of musicians, crafting songs that are meaningful, well-written and memorable. I have a place to play, once it is safe to do so and I am in the process of sound-proofing it and making it a really nice place to practice. Looking for guitarists, bassists and potentially keyboardists. If you can sing, even better! I have a few potential musicians lined up, but still looking and considering all options to make this the best band it can possibly be. I like rock, hard rock, alternative, grunge, blues, folk, funk, etc... If interested, please let me know and please be prepared to send a sample of your playing and/or singing for consideration.
