Front Desk Coordinator/Supervisor Be a part of the High Exposure Team () where we are reimagining how people of all ages grow and socialize through fitness and sports. Our mission is to promote health, wellness, fitness, self-esteem, inclusivity, friendship, community, goal setting, and adversity conquering through our adventure programs. High Exposure is a multi-activity climbing gym with a nationally ranked climbing and Ninja team. We are a busy gym, with a high volume of day pass users, school and camp groups as well as a strong large youth program. We offer indoor rock climbing, ninja warrior, parkour, and Nerf fights. We rock an amazing outdoor fitness environment, youth-only training slab, a 10-meter dedicated speed wall, 40-foot TR and lead walls in a 26,000 sq ft facility, over 25 auto-belays, and an awesome indoor Nerf battlefield. Position Summary: The Front Desk Coordinator/Supervisor will oversee and harmonize the daily duties of all front desk personnel as well as ensure proper completion of all front office responsibilities through positive coaching and demonstration. We are looking for a personable, organized, out-of-the-box thinker, who can handle themselves with grace under pressure while giving over-the-top customer service. Another core responsibility of the position will revolve around the effective and timely synchronization of mutually dependent business and customer-centric activities of both the backend and frontend offices. Reports to: Owners and Operations Manager Duties & Responsibilities: ● Supervise and streamline the checking-in of customers and members ● Coordinate and unify the daily duties of all front desk personnel to provide excellent customer service ● Train, coach and encourage the staff on internal protocols and processes ● Work with the team to optimize and innovate workflows to continuously provide ever-improving customer service ● Integrate, communicate and execute on co-dependent business and customer needs between the front desk and back office ● Ensure maintenance of customer accounts ● Professionally and cordially address customer needs over-the-phone, in-person or electronically ● Transcribe notes and perform core secretarial duties ● Follow up with marketing leads ● Maintain organization of the front desk and back office ● Manage vendor files ● Ensure that all events and parties are prepared, set-up, and run smoothly ● Perform other duties as requested by owners Essential Requirements: ● High School/College degree or relevant years of experience in marketing, event/meeting planning, or management ● Curious and inquisitive personality that can rise up to any challenge ● Strong sense of personal responsibility ● Ability to innovate, organize, and manage multiple tasks ● Excellent written and verbal communication skills ● Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong managerial and customer-service focus ● Ability to define and communicate goals and objectives, meet urgent deadlines, organize and prioritize tasks and projects ● Excellent MS Office Suite, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Mail Chimp Skills ● Expertise in social media marketing including Facebook, LinkedIn, Snapchat, and Instagram ● Experience with or the ability to learn When to Work (employee scheduling) and Rock Gym Pro (client management) ● Reliable transportation ● Must be available to work nights/weekends ● Must be able to lift 50 LBS, bend, stretch, stand for extended periods of time, climb stairs, reach, twist, sit, walk, and/or run To Apply: Email resumes to [email protected] Application Deadline: Open until position is filled.
