Looking for someone that can handle all lanai repairs/replacements on these rental properties. Homes will be usually occupied, customer service is a must! Other trades/skills are a plus. -Start ASAP -Fill gaps in your schedule -General home repair, get in get out -Take before after photos on your phone -Paid via direct deposit * Must have your own DL/Vehicle Insurance in your name/Vehicle and Tools-we pay for materials or reimburse if you have your own.
