Need small palms dug out near sprinklers.

Aloha! I am in need of some areca palms dug out that have destroyed part of my sprinkler system. See pic. Then a sprinkler box needs to be put in. Just need help with digging out the roots down about 18” around the sprinkler valves so I can install the box and reconnect the sprinklers.
