Rehoming a beautiful 1 yr old German shepherd

We unfortunately are rehoming our beautiful friendly german shepherd max. He is an inside dog raised with small children and a cat so he gets along with everyone. The reason we want to rehome him is that we find it unfair to him that our yard isn't big enough to be fully happy. He is crate trained and so potty trained. He is an intelligent dog that knows the commands Cage, SIT, and Stay. He is a loyal and affectionate dog. We are looking for some one to beable to provide him a home where he can be inside at night and a nice large yard for him to play in. He will come with his crate, collar, and loyalty. We are asking for a 300 hundred rehoming fee We initially payed 500 for him. He is also dog friendly and would probably prefer a family with an other friendly dog. If we find someone interested we would also first like to see the property in order to be sure he gets a forever home he deserves.
