We are currently looking to hire a Residential House Cleaner for My Small Home Cleaning Business; This is a Part-time position with (20 hour), but it can turn into a full-time (35 hours) position. The candidate must have had prior cleaning experience. Experience is a must & a Plus+. JOB REQUIREMENTS FOR RESIDENTIAL & COMMERCIAL CLEANER: -must properly wear mask, gloves and shoe cover while in customers home and/or office at all the time. -must have reliable transportation; please note: the bus will not be consider as reliable transportation. -must be able to read, write and communicate in English. -must have a positive attitude with great people skills. -must be dependable, punctual, honest and trustworthy. -must be able to handle cash with integrity. -must provide both personal and professional references. -must be able to pass background check (no felonies please). -must be energetic, must have a passion for cleaning an plus (+) pay attention to details. -must be able to engage in strenuous activity without any problems, sometimes involving lifting, if needed. EMPLOYEE BENEFITS: The Cleaning Mom, LLC Pay their employee(s) $10.00 an hour for the first four week of training. You will received 5% raise after completing your training. In order to have a pay increase you must maintain an A+ customer service satisfaction. You will be evaluated six month from, first pay raise and every 12 month after to be consider for an extra hourly raise. Paid break time for a full-time employee, (8am-5pm) about 30 minutes. Paid break time for a Part-time employee, (8am-1pm) 15 minutes. Travel Time Paid between houses. Free Team National USA, membership for Full Time Employees. Please no phone call.
