WHAT TO EXPECT The Bird's Nest Italian Street Food Truck will be parked down the street from UMass Memorial Medical Center, in the Beechwood Hotel parking lot. Stop by the food truck any time between 12pm and 2pm to enjoy lunch and collect information about leading hospitals, healthcare systems, and practice groups across the country.
