Wood floor installation in church basement

I'm looking to have a wood plank floor installed in two basement closets of our church. One closet is roughly 6' x 4'. The second closet is roughly 7' x 3.5'. In total, you'll be installing about 50 square feet of wood planked floor. As you can see from the photos, we currently have sheets of plywood covering the floor. The new floor shouldn't be sleek and shiny. We're looking for a rugged, sturdy floor. We're looking for real wood. I'm including of a photo of the floor upstairs, made of wood planks. Anything in that ballpark will be good. We're located in Bushwick at Bushwick Avenue and Madison Street.
