Description
Superintendent needed for Senior Living facility.
Requirements: S-12, S-13. (S95-1 a plus)
2yrs + experience as a building superintendent.
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
Must be a skilled handyman and very hands on.
Supervisory experience needed. Work alongside and manage staff of porters.
Must be very organized and proactive.
Considerable knowledge of building custodial care, minor maintenance and operations.
Ability to handle problems in one or more areas such as security, transportation, or repairs.
Basic computer knowledge and ability to do paperwork.
