I am looking for an experienced bathroom and kitchen mechanic to join our crew in New York. I PAY CASH and Provide LUNCH at all my Jobs. The right candidate is willing to work weekends and overtime when necessary. Hourly rate; ability to make overtime pay when needed. As well pass a background check. Complete assigned service calls. Comply with all company policies and procedures. Always be professional and courteous with residents and colleagues. Must be able to stand, sit, bend or crouch throughout your shift. Minimum five to ten years of experience. Must have valid Driver's License and Must have own tools. Remodeler Duties and Responsibilities Perform Carpentry Work - Include installing cabinets, hanging doors, and framing rooms. Replace Plumbing Fixtures - Replace plumbing fixtures such as sinks, toilets, and faucets Hang Drywall - Hang, repair, and replace drywall as needed for new and existing rooms Install Flooring - Install floors, including wood floors, carpeting, concrete, and other flooring types Lay Tile - Install new tile work on floors and walls, place new grout, and repair existing tile Perform Finish Work - Install and replace trim, molding, windows, and perform other finish work Replace Light Fixtures - Replace light fixtures and ceiling fans WORK ENVIRONMENT Exposure to dust, noise, and temperature changes (extreme cold, hot weather, rain, snow) Exposure to truck materials and liquids PHYSICAL/MENTAL DEMAND Must be able to regularly lift up to 50 lbs. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $200.00 - $350.00 per day
