We are a busy screen printing shop in Watertown seeking production help. Screen printing experience is NOT required. This is an entry level position that will involve pre-production and post-production tasks aimed at increasing the production efficiency of the team. The opportunity for advancement will exist for the right candidate. The job requires an attention to detail as well as the ability to be on your feet all day. Some lifting will also be required. The hours typically are 7:30am to 4:30pm with some overtime expected during busy periods. It is a full time job with the expectation that you show up for work every day and can work some overtime when required. Part time positions and hours may also be available. The starting hourly pay will be $14.50 for full time positions. The first three months of employment will be considered an introductory period and the position hire will be reevaluated at that point and an adjustment to the hourly rate will be made in accordance with the new hire's displayed abilities, performance and reliability.
