We are seeking hard-working, self-motivated, trustworthy, and team-oriented individuals who have a passion for gardening and desire personal and professional growth within the company. We are currently hiring a full-time Landscape Gardener position. Responsibilities include: • Hand/fine pruning, deadheading & weeding. • Plant fertilization, bed cultivation, planting and container gardening • Ability to manage a small crew and assign duties • Ability to work in all weather conditions and lift more than 50lbs. Requirements: • Knowledge of common planting practices and plant identification a plus • Knowledge of plant health care a plus • Good communication skills to work directly with account managers • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Competitive salary with benefits.
