Job Description Join our team at EcoPro Pest Control! EcoPro is looking for the right candidate to fill the role of our Initial Service Technician. Job Description EcoPro is looking for a professional, motivated, and career-driven individual that wants to be a part of a fast-growing service and customer-focused pest control company. In this role, you will be providing an initial service to new customers' homes. Responsibilities • Ensure great customer service and provide an excellent service to customer homes • Be punctual with your service schedule • Keep company truck clean and product properly stored and stocked • Work Monday-Saturday (First 1- 3 months of being hired) • Interact with customers, determine the root of their concerns, provide answers to their questions, and demonstrate the value of the services provided Qualifications • Be a team player • Excellent communication and organizational skills to provide exceptional customer service • Demonstrate and practice a high level of integrity and professionalism • Highly motivated with a Can-Do attitude • Maintain a clean and professional appearance at all times • Must be 18 and have a Drivers License with a clean driving record • Must pass a criminal background check and drug test • Able to lift up to 50 lbs Compensation and Benefits • Base pay • Performance bonuses • Company vehicle • Fuel card • Paid Holiday • Opportunity for growth within the company
