Movement Class for Moms and their Bubs. This class focusing on nourishing, mindful movements to give the body and mind strength and vitality ☀️🐝 Hey mama! Come join me and my baby Bee for some Mums and Bubs Movement Class . I am a mom of 8 month baby Bee and want to bring some safe baby wearing movements to other moms, however most importantly to see other moms to just say hi-I see you-and also for our little bubs to see each other. Big feelings are welcome*We will keep social distancing*. ☀️Big feelings are welcome-so if your looking for a candlelight’s space for some deep tranquility-this may not be your class-Personally my little girl is really exploring her vocal cords so if this is a no go for you-totally understand-however if this is your jam right now-hop aboard and meet me and other moms-Cost: no cost- Must confirm registration prior to attending, along with digital liability consent. Items to bring: Yoga Mat/blanket-anything your Bub may need for this 40min class . This event is a wellness event open to all Mums and Bubs cleared for postpartum movements. Recommended ages 6months-3 years
