Ethernet Cable Run

I am looking for someone who has experience running Ethernet cable in a commercial setting. We have a gym in Stratford and need to create a new Ethernet line in a new office area. The area is about 70 ft from our modem with mostly open ceilings and a few areas with a drop ceiling. The only other issue is that our modem is out of space for a new line. I am assuming we can purchase some type of splitter to get this done. If you are interested in the post, please reply with your experience and labor cost to get this done.
